Sweet Valentine

So how do you celebrate Valentine's Day with 3 kids? WITH 3 kids. Yep.

We grilled Ribeyes, jalepeno poppers, sweet peppers, and I made a roasted garlic Brie bread bowl. Phillip brought me home my most favorite things in the entire world: Marinated Artichokes and Garlic Stuffed Olives. I was in heeeeaven :) Oh and some chocolate covered strawberries and a boquet of flowers was a nice touch as well.

We ate steak with all the fixings, and choclate covered strawberries; and fed the kids cheese pizza and chocolate ice cream cones with pink sprinkles. They were pretty thrilled.

Katya had never had an ice cream cone and kept intently studying the boys to see how they were eating it. She started biting the bottom and sides of the cone before the ice cream was gone lol

Her Daddy brought her home her first Valentine rose. She smelled it, then tried to bite it before figuing out that it was only to look at!

We witness a miracle every time a child enters into life; but those who make their journey home across time and miles, growing within the hearts of those who wait to love them, are carried on the wings of destiny; and placed among us by God's very own hands. --Kristi Larson
