Pizza in Ukraine

I don't know if anyone remembers my Calzone Post from the last time we were in Ukraine...

It was bad.

Basically I know how to read enough Cyrillic to get into some serious trouble.  That, and I like pretty pictures of food on menus.

Tonight it just all came together in a pizza order that will never be forgotten.  We went to a place we had been just a few days ago with the guy who's been doing our paperwork in region.  He said it was his favorite place here,  so we got his favorite pizza.  And.it.was.good.

So we walked there tonight...  oh this should be easy.  Lets try something different!  Oooh that one looks pretty.  What does it say?  море?  Hmm... looks like "M O R E"  what's that mean?  I dunno.

So we( Philip will say *I*) ordered it.

It had fish on it.  Salmon to be exact.  And squid.  And baby shrimp. and mussels.

All I could think of was how on Food Network they always tell people, "NEVER put cheese on fish!" And here I have a whole cheesy pizza full of FISH.

What do you do when you've just been given a  whole pizza full of "SEA" Life?  Yes, it turns out that "море" means "Sea."  We ordered SEA Pizza.

So we ate it.
